Records & Information Management Administrator
Under the direction of the Enterprise Records Manager, the Records and Information Management (RIM) Administrator is responsible for the administration of various electronic records management systems, entering data into RIM databases, classifying data according to RIM procedures, and performing database queries to track records and meet internal customer needs.

|Boehringer Ingelheim||Boehringer Ingelheim – Archivist
The primary purpose of this position is to ensure compliance with 40 CFR Part 160 which includes orderly storage and expedient retrieval of all raw data, 9 CFR Part 116 “Records and Reports” and any other applicable regulatory, GLP, and company policies. The Archivist is also responsible for reviewing, filing, distributing storing, retrieving, and maintaining documents. The Archivist will manage all procedures needed to ensure the orderly storage and expedient retrieval of records and will act as the Designated Archivist at the site. Additionally, the Archivist will provide information, records management consultation, and training and will implement records retention policy through annual destruction and offsite storage as needed. Depending on the specific site, additional competencies and duties may be required.
