Electronic Records Manager
Polsinelli Shughart PC is actively seeking an Electronic Records Manager.
Duties include:
- Responsible for working with Records Management team to develop and implement Records policies; enhancing user services and relationships; assessing equipment, supply, staff, space and technology requirements; risk management; ethical wall management; elegal hold management; active and inactive records management; storage assessment; retention; and electronic records management.
- Oversee various projects related to new employees, new Attorneys, departing Attorneys, file transfers, electronic files, and auditing of active/inactive files.
- Supervise staff and projects within assigned region.
- Participate in negotiations of vendor contacts; approve invoices and monitor monthly expenses; submit timely invoices; report changes to Director of Records.
- Ability to read, interpret, and analyze RMS reports. Advanced Legal KEY and Hummingbird DMS knowledge.
- Ensure compliance of the Firm's Records Retention program at all offices.
- Provide Records Retention training.
Travel requirement involved.
Educational requirements: College degree with ten years of relevant experience.
Certifications preferred but not required: CRM
